Breast Cancer Risk Factors You Cannot Change

  • A notebook (for any questions you may not remember to ask or notes you may want to jot down)

  • An am/pm pill organizer (found on amazon-click image)

  • Full Body Pillow (this exact one was a life saver for me after my pre & post mastectomy breast surgeries)

  • A lot of gauze pads

  • Ice packs to fit inside bras

  • A belt to hold post-op drains for walking/showering/sleeping

  • The Axillapilla by Masthead were absolutely lifesavers for me (I bought 2) ,however, Amazon has a cheaper option available as well

  • Button up/Zip up Tops
